Urr Why My profile picture is not showing up

Hi guys I already setup my ID profiles for this form but it not show up on when I post on forums

If I'm understanding you correctly, you have your profile picture set up, but not your avatar. Your avatar is the photo which shows up on the forums when you post, your profile picture is what will show up on your profile.
Just go to User CP, and click Edit Avatar (left hand side), and choose your photo.
