Uploading photos

Anyone else having trouble at all uploading photos? All the photos I try to attach are saying that the files exceed the limitation aloud. Also how do I just add the photo with out having to place it in an attachment? With the old website format I didnt have any issue uploading photos. If I need to resize the photos to the appropriate size, I don't know how to do that so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

If you are using windows you can just open the photos up in MS Paint and resize them there and than upload them using photobucket or imageshack.

OKay, I can see that you can resize it in paint but I dont know what I should plug in to make the pictures viewable. Do you know the appropriate size to plug in to resize the photo? Is there an easier way to do this? I never had to do this with the old format.

I guess it depends on what uploading site you use if at all.. On image shack the largest I could upload was 750x562 so you could try that.

I would just use imgur: the simple image sharer and upload the photos then use the URL for the image instead of uploading to GF. My photos often exceed the allowed size as well.
