Temp coloring in Fatties?

OK - I am new to Fat Tails and have some nice tang amel hets I'm growing out. I notice a lot of difference in Amels. Are the white bands produced the same way Ron Tremper makes white TA's - by turning up the incubation heat?

Fat tails, in my experience, don't do well with temp fluctuation in the incubator. My hatch rate is higher when my temps are steady.

the differences are genetic not temp. like chris said you dont want to mess with temp flux with fattails the eggs dont do well. and none of the amels stay purple, they all fade with age.
