How to make an incubator out of these materials?

I have a Zoo-Med Reptitherm UTH for heat (I'm incubating for a female). I'm using Perlite as a substrate and know the perfect humidity ratio. Apparently you can't use UTH's on plastic, and apparently they get REALLY hot. So how can i make this work?

Every uth heater should be hooked up to a thermostat to control the temp..a uth pluged into a wall get upwards of 120 degrees. I have use Styrofoam coolers and flex watt ran of a herpstat thermostat. All my racks are plastic tub ran off of flexwatt controlled by herpstat theromstat
