Do you mean you're not allowed to post a classified ad or you're not allowed to post to someone elses ad? On March 9th a mass email was sent out to the email you used to sign up on the forum with explaining why that feature was taken away. Here is the email incase you missed it.
Replies to ads can now only be made by the person that posts the ad. All correspondence between potential buyer and seller must be done through email or private message.
Thread starters can "bump" their ads no more than two times total, then they must allow the ads to fall.
New ads MUST be limited to three ads per day.
Violations will be deleted without warning, no exceptions.
