I know people have "smart phones" like iPhones and those Google phones. And there is also the internet where people spend most of their time already but what about a forums or thing on the top of the page like: Home, User CP, Classifieds, etc. for WEATHER.
People are shipping all the time and like to have weather updates to make sure it is safe to send their animals (usually cold-blooded).
Or the forums could be a place for people to post major storms or weather problems in.
Many people hear the weather from different sources and one might be wrong so it would be nice to have a place where people have a concern with the same weather problems.
