technical issues in tring to chat and most stuff

i keep getting nothing tring to go into chat to discuss new leo ownership.

also i cant find my threads ive posted, for replies. ???

I've tried to update java, and I cant.

For some reason I cant install Java.
I go to javas website and do the manual install and it says download complete, yet it it not installed on my computer.
I get no error messages or anything.
I have no idea what else I can do.

So you just downloaded it? You have to open the .exe file (the one you downloaded) and click on run, which should take you to the actual installation. Tip-when you download it, save it to your desktop, then just double click it to open the file.

Thats the problem.
I select download to desktop, and it doesnt.
it say download complete, and nothing shows on my desktop
Done it numerous times, and each time selected download to desktop and nothing appears.
I dont need gecko chat that bad anyways
