List of breeders

I think it would be really great it there was a forum or sticky with lists of breeders divided by country and then state. Maybe a sticky/forum for each country and then subdivide it by state? It would make it a ton easier for people who don't want to deal with shipping to find breeders in their area, for starters. I can't find a list like this anywhere online(am i missing it somehow?) and it's driving me crazy!
