how can I upload a picture into a thread directly from camera?

I want to share a photo with someone who has asked to see one. I don't know how to upload directly from my camera. When I began trying, there was a section that came up asking me for the url: and that just doesn't make sense to me. help?!
I am technically challenged.

Also, Keep in mind that depending on your camera, the resolution and MB of the picture may be too big for the forum to process. You may want to take the picture to paint even and re-size it.

If the files are to big to upload here (the paperclip symbol under "Go Advanced") and you don't know how to resize them you can upload them to a hosting site then add the link here.
