I was wondering if they could have kind of thing that let you know that someone post comments on your thead that you posted? Just like Facebook. Like "{username} posted comment on your thead" through private msg. Or anything that could get users 's attention? just suggesting. )

They have that on other forums that I have been on but not here... not sure if it could be changed or not.
It might require more of a drain on the system to be sending out messages all the time so for that reason it would be bad and may be the reason why we dont have it here.

You can set it up to do this in your user CP. Go to user CP and then to Edit Options and it is down it the cell Default Thread Subscription Mode. Change it to instant email notification.

When you reply, go to the bottom of the screen to notification type just under attachments. It will let you choose which way you want to be notified for each thread. You can choose to get e-mails for each reply.
