Dewormer??

Hello everyone,

I am new to the gecko world and got a trio of AFT from a source that imports them. I ended up loosing 2 of them from a bacteria infection. I just want to make sure that the male I have will be ok. He is eating and looks really healthy so I don't think he has any issue. Anyway I was wondering what is a good product for deworm/parasites? I know the local farm store has some, but I am unsure if I can use this. Any insight would help! Thanks in advance.

Hi Kyle,

I would get this gecko in to see a vet if possible, to have an exam and fecal sample analysis. Considering you just lost the other two, it's probably not a bad idea. After the results of the fecal sample, your vet should prescribe you the necessary meds. I wouldn't recommend doing anything over the counter. Good luck!
