Sad Day

Today I lost a very close friend by the name of Mark K Bayless... Not only is it a huge loss to me, his friends, and family but a huge loss to the reptile community as well... He had many articles published and just recently published 2 books... One on V.exanthimaticus and one on red tail boas... The evolution of this hobby will now be slowed up a bit... I have never met a more dedicated man in my life... I wish he could have had more time on this earth...

A lot of people knew him for his great work with varanids but myself and many others knew him for his crazy humor and giving ways...

I will miss you my friend...

Mark was only 46 years old... He died from complications of diabetes...

Oh man, he wasn't old at all, I am terribly sorry to hear that, alot people just shrug off diabetes as something non-threatening, but comes to show never take anything lightly. That is terrible to hear.
