just got 2 eggs.
should i keep inside of the container to 83 F
or keep inside of the incubator to 83 F?
and if i want to keep container to 83 F, what's the normal temperature in the incubator, higher or lower?

I set my thermostat in the incubator. I don't put the probe directly in the deli cups. If you keep the temperature of the incubator consistent, the temps inside the egg container--deli cups or whatever you're using--should match the incubator's ambient temperature.
