undergraduate student with question regarding your experience at the farm

Hello Holly

I am a 4th year pre-veterinary animal science major 4th year student at University of California, Davis. I am assigned with a group to create a business plan for an upper division companion animal class. We are trying to research how to create a cricket farm targeted as a feed for amphibians. I was wondering if I could get your input on your experience at the Farm if you can remember? I'm trying to get creative on ideas because I am not getting replies from the actual Farms. How big was the farm? How many employees were there? I would love to get a personal feedback on what you saw at the cricket farm.
